Our portfolio of destination catering includes six days of 400 person events for a luxury automobile company in South Carolina, a 350 person high-profile welcome dinner and wedding in the Southwest, a 1,000 person product launch on a pier in San Diego, and an 800 person tech company sit-down dinner in Southern California.

Our typical model involves bringing in our management team and some staff, then supplementing with local staff who are vetted and trained prior to the event. We do in-depth research of the area and utilize local purveyors and farmers ensuring the menu reflects a sense of place.

In addition to full catering we offer consulting services which includes vendor selection and training if necessary, menu selection including synchronization over multiple events, beverage and wine program development, venue logistics, and more.
